Onto the review~!
Circle Lens Information:
Water Content: 42%
Base Curve: 8.6mm
These lenses arrive in the familiar yellow enveloped that's coated with bubble wrap, safe and sound!
Inside of the package, there was another package that held all of the items neatly. I thought it looked really cute, to be honest!
Here, you see all of my items laid out: the lens case, which is absolutely adorable, the circle lens in a cute, polka-dot box, a thank you note, and an extra that I really didn't expect!
It was one of those Japanese hair velcro accessories that allow you to pull your bangs out of your face for when you apply make up! I've been meaning to get my hands on it, but haven't really gotten to it, so this little extra made me extremely happy! Shopping Holics definitely puts a bit more forward to please their customers!
And here, you can see the two viles of circle lenses sitting in their cute box, and the blue bear circle lens case that I received!
These are the blue lenses after soaking them in solution for around ten hours. The image is a bit edited, but you can already see how vibrant the color is. The following pictures of the lenses won't be edited so you can really see how they look when being worn.
Bam! The color is unbelievably intense, and you can barely tell that I have dark brown eyes!
Rating system is out of five.
Don't get me wrong when I say I absolutely love the brightness of this color; it's one of the most vibrant lenses I have come across! But, I will have to say that I think these lenses are more suited for cosplay. Even for someone who has blue eyes, these lenses really don't look natural at all, especially because of the blocky design and just how intense the color is. It looks a bit more natural in yellow light, but if you were to wear this in public, anyone could tell from a mile away that you're wearing circle lenses. But, not looking natural definitely does not mean that they are not a gorgeous pair of lenses! Like I said, I adore their intensity!
Though these lenses are only 14.5mm, the enlargement appears a lot bigger, which I love. Since larger lenses tend to aggravate eyes more easily, it's nice to have a smaller lens that makes your eyes look just as big as larger lenses. Of course, for those looking for a more subtle enlargement, I wouldn't suggest you opt for these lenses. They may be smaller in diameter, but the lenses look a lot larger.
